after waiting a whole long time for him, he's finally gonna come back! and to germany!!
soo, there's gonna be a promo-concert for Rob's new album in berlin in october. pretty much the only chance to get tickets though, is in fucking berlin! so, yeah this sunday i'll be sleeping outside the building where they sell the tickets and then hopefully gonna get myself 2 tickets on monday morning.
but that's not all. a german tv station is shooting a tv report about me and the other girls, if anyone in germany wants to watch this, either monday or tuesday on Blitz (Sat.1). this guy just called me a few hours ago and wanted to know if they can film us. uhm alright, as long as they don't show me sleeping there, but it's gonna be great promotion for fans supreme :-) and as long as i get my ticket i really don't care at all.

weehoo, home for a couple of days now, Amsterdam was really brilliant
managed to go to all 3 concerts, twice seats and once standing right in front of bono, 1st row! and got to meet the boys a few times at their hotel in amsterdam. been to 4 U2 concerts now, and there's still munich to come :o))

fucking hell..i met bono on friday!!! *still freaking out*
the first one is me obviously lol and the 2nd my friend patty with bono
well, arrived in london on friday and headed straight to hyde park first. didn't have any tickets and just wanted to see how many people were there already. not much going on there yet so we went to bono's hotel which was not far away anyway. didn't really know if he was staying there, but thanks to lisa we knew where he stayed last time in london. when we arrived there we saw someone waiting on the other side of the street, and he wore a U2 shirt it was martin, huuge U2 fan, has already been to more than 500 concerts and the band usually recognizes him right away. he had waited there till 5 in the morning and already saw bono once. after about an hour we went to a local shop to buy MOJO magazine, just so we had something he could sign (we came really unprepared lol).
after about 3 hours, we saw bono's driver right in front of the entrance. so we crossed the street and waited some more until martin all of a sudden said that bono is in the lobby. i took a step forwards and saw him inside talking to someone, ali was right next to him (at least i think it was her).
all of a sudden lots of people came out of their cars and placed somethelves right in front of us stupid ebay-fuckers, waiting in a car all day and then they had lots of promo photos for him to sign. i was really angry. when he eventually came out, all those people were dragging towards him, so i didn't really know what to do. i just held up my magazine above their heads and got my autograph. martin got his autograph on a huge poster he brought with him, but unfortunately after just a few minutes, bono left right away. i swear it was just because of those stupid people
anyway, after he had left we went to the other hotel where the others were supposed to be staying at and waited for another 3 hours. nothing happened and my friend and i didn't really know if we wanted to stay there. martin gave us his phone number because he wanted to stay there, and we left to go to bono's hotel again, he had to come back at some point.
well, it was already around midnight when he turned up. i was freezing cold and just tried to keep myself warm somehow, when i suddenly saw his car and a van behind it appear, and his bodyguard got out!! so we crossed the street as fast as we could and got to talk to him for quite some time. ali and his two daughters were with him, but nobody else was there. he asked where we're from. he was probably confused by my really weird accent (some kind of mixture of american, german and british lol) and we were able to take those nice pictures oh did i say that he smelled reallyyy nice
well when he left i phoned martin and he had just met larry and edge at the other hotel. so we went to him again to wait for adam. i don't know what happened to him lol, but we waited there till 4 am and he didn't show up. maybe he just stayed at a different hotel
saw live 8 on a screen in hyde park on saturday then. a nice u2 fan who stood right next to me, gave me a ticket for the place right in front of the screen so great weekend in london..definitely worth going there even without real tickets

in about a week we're going to london, still don't have tickets but we'll try anything to get in. then a week after that, we're in amsterdam, got tickets just a few days ago, so yaay another U2 concert, and this time right in front of the main stage. can't wait !!

feeling constantly great at the moment..feels like i'm on a high in the last few weeks, having so many things planned and looking so much forward to all of them. i like having something to look forward to, somehow makes me quite happy.
anyway, going to see U2 live in 12 days!! yeehaa! as some might not know, i actually grew up with U2 music. my mum has been to a few of their concerts, and i obviously listened to them since i was really little. i've never been soo much into them, i always loved the music but that was about it. "One" has been my all-time favourite song for quite some time now. so when my mum bought their new album and gave it to me saying "you should stop robbie for a while an listen to this", i was hooked again. i've been hanging out at U2 forums every day since then, downloaded all bootlegs i could find and got to know some nice people, U2 fans rocks btw. right now, i'm just preparing for the concert, as in learning songs, because i just think it's really stupid when you're at a concert and don't even know the songs. got myself some of their old cds on ebay, cuz my mum lost most of them (how could she?!).
i was so glad when i was still able to get 2 tickets for their show. unfortunately my mum can't come, so my friend patrizia is coming with me. which is actually quite good, because with me mum i probably would have gotten seats and that's just boring (even robbie was boring in seats). so we'll be up and at the arena at 5 am, at the day of the concert. gotta take lots of food and a blanket, so we might be able to get some sleep. it's gonna be a long wait, they won't open up the gates before 3 pm and the concert won't start before 9 pm. oh and i'm taking a banner with me, not saying what i'm gonna be writing on it, it's quite embarrising and i'll probably chicken out and not hold it up anyway, so i'm not gonna make a bit fuzz out of it here ;o) but mayybe (only maybe) this banner will get me somewhere ;o)
then there's something else i'm really looking forward to. i'm going to london again, yehaa. we spontanously booked a flight today, when we heard about Live 8 going to be in Hyde Park at July 2nd.
we don't know if we'll get tickets yet, apparantly they have some kind of lottery system and you have to send them a text message, which might not even work from germany :o(. but yeah, both U2 and Robbie will be there at the same day, so we'll just risk it, maybe we can get tickets when we're there somehow. i mean just look at the line-up:
Mariah Carey, Coldplay, Dido, Keane, Elton John, Annie Lennox, Paul McCartney, Muse, Razorlight, R.E.M., Scissor Sisters, Snow Patrol, Stereophonics, Sting, Joss Stone, Robbie Williams, U2, Velvet Revolver, Bob Geldof, The Killers, Madonna, The Cure
all those people there and you can really not expect me to stay at home and watch all this happening on tv..nooo way!

haha I'm actually laughing my ass off right now, we made it to be last, looool. i really think it's quite amusing, was talking to my friend in london while she was on stage and the BBC commentator in england actually said "wow, that was awful" after her performance looool. he's right, i didn't like it at all, even though lots of the other songs all sounded the same really. voted for Isreal, but knew that Greece would win anyway.

yes, I'm actually still alive! :-) don't know if anyone missed me ;-)
2nd semester just started this week, i'm already quite busy with new courses, but got friday off so that's something very positive. got a lovely new spanish teacher, already love her to bits, and have already been out every night with my friends here. it's great being out and doing something again after this long (even though it seemed very short) break of 2 months.
i've mainly been travelling al over germany in the holidays. we did most of the lukas-tour and went to hamburg, cologne and lots of other places. always had loads of fun, and got to know many new people, who I wouldn't actually call friends but rather kids of 13 or 14 who really wanted to be our friends, because we have so much contact to lukas. it was pretty nice of him to talk about us in every concert, and when he went to TV Total last time, that he brought a t-shirt some girls from the fanclub made for him, along.
anyway, really wanted to get tickets for the U2 tour this summer, but wasn't really successfull in getting any. i might just try to get some on ebay, or try and get in some other way though. i soo wanna see them live here in germany!
otherwise not much changed really. i've got myself a dvd recorder now, which i use way too often. and i just got to know somebody nice (male ;-)) at uni last monday, we'll see what happens there.
i just "cleaned" my lj a bit, deleted some old stupid entries, which i couldn't stand any longer, and got myself a totally new layout. just kind of wanna make a new start with the new semester starting and all.
hope everyone is fine, i'm feeling just great at the moment :-)

oh and those bastards from ZDF gave Rob wine in his glass which he thought was water and he almost drank it, well he spit it out again when the camera wasn't showing him.

went to see the new Bridget Jones movie yesterday with a few friends. what can i say? its awesome of course, but i'm still not sure whether its as good as the first one. anyway, it's still amazing how similiar one can be to a film character (except the Hugh & Colin factor of course).
soo just 4 days till Wetten Dass in Nuremberg. am damn excited, just got to know that our tickets are in rows 6 and 7 and Rob's gonna sing 2 songs from his Greatest Hits album.

yay, I've finally had a great day out here in Giessen. Karo and I went dancing with a few other girls, one of them even lives in our house. There were quite a few nice guys, nothing compared to the ones in England but it was alright. the important thing though was that I got to know the girls a bit better and we had loads of fun. i was laughing the whole night through really. one of them (the one that lives in our house) is a huge Rob Fan, haha. She was on a few concerts already, and when I told her about Jonny and all that, she was totally suprised, so we had something to talk about the whole night.
I noticed that the good thing about studying anglistics is that most students are girls and most of them apparantely love Robbie Williams.
It's the first time in 4 weeks here that I really enjoy being here and having fun as a student :o)

soo I moved in finally. we just got our TV connection, since this is a totally new house and nothing is really working yet lol. the heating system is crappy, we don't have warm water in the mornings, and its fucking cold most of the day. Of course I just got the flu because of that. Our DSL isn't working yet as well, am using a crappy modem to go online for a few minutes every day now. Am glad, I'm going home tomorrow for the weekend. At least, I'm quite sure I'm studying the right thing :o) Spanish is a bit difficult, but just had a lecture named "A-Z of British Culture" today, where they showed a pic of Rob at the beggining to illustrate the new culture in Britain, haha.
I'm not feeling really well, but have another quite interesting lecture tomorrow "Exercises to British and American TV", final exam is to make a presentation about one american or british tv-show. And no, they didn't invent this course because of me *lol*

so nothing's really working out as it was planned. we wanted to move into our new flat this weekend, well as this house is a brand new one the flat is not gonna be ready to move in till the 15th *argh* which means we have to drive 2 hours to our university for a couple of days everytime. Those are just those courses where they explain everything to you and things like that, but we still don't really wanna miss it, because I still have to figure out how to choose my minor subjects *sighs*.
anyway, had some stressful days as Rob is doing loads of promotion at the moment (why do absolutely everything in 3 weeks hmpf), so we're trying not to miss anything and so far it has worked. He's probably going home to LA in the next few days, so I can calm down a bit and think of the more important things in life (yeah as if). got radio on monday of course, even had to fight with another girl, we both wanted the last CD they had in our stupid little store. well I won obviously, haha. but of course they didn't have the DVD single, which I wanted even more as I already hate the B-side "Northern Star" and luv "1974" which is on the DVD :o( I can't even get it on amazon germany *grr* but yay he's already on No. 1 in the German and British Charts, just really hope he's gonna stay there. if Radio is gonna be his first No.1 in Germany, I know who's fault it is *g*
aand what great timing does his best mate have?! Tommy with Jonny in it (lets hope he does it) is gonna start in February, just in time for my holidays !! yaay, so I've got 2 months of free time, let's see how much of that I'm gonna spend in England then. but taking a look at my bank account probably not that much *lol*

started cleaning up my room today..well I just spend 2 hours trying to get rid off all those old things in my drawers, I'll have to decide soon which stuff I'm gonna take with me to my new flat and what I'm gonna leave here, that's why I started with throwing away things already. It's ridiculous how exhausting that can be, although it also might be because I'm totally out of shape at the moment *lol* and at the moment my whole room is a total mess, I can't even walk through it without stumbling over something.
I've been listening to my entire mp3 playlist while cleaning up today, and I couldn't believe how many stupid songs I have on my computer. from about 500 songs there might be 100 I really like, the others I just downloaded because they were somehow popluar at that time. after cleaning up my room I should really start cleaning up this damn computer.
one of my girls called today, we'll finally be going out tomorrow again *yay* probably just go to some pub or watch a movie, just spend some time together and get to know the latest news :o)
mmh fuck already 5.30 in the morning, should really get some sleep lol

woah long time no update, even though so many things happened
well first of all..got a new icon *g* I just couldn't resist ( this ) picture :o)
got Rob's biography yesterday, started reading right away and got to page 100 now, could have read even more but didn't have the time as everybody wants something from me at the moment. I really quite love the way the book is written, it's not even hard for me to understand it all even though I also never had any problems understanding Rob lol. But also reading this got me into really thinking about how I see him as a person. He usually reacts to situations just the way I'd have expected him to do, but it's just a bit more extreme than I though he would be. I don't think I could ever live with this guy really (and I'm talking about being around him most of the time). I think he'd totally annoy me most of the time *lol* and just after reading the first 100 pages I have huge respect for Josie (his PA) and his management. I don't think I could ever cope with someone who changes his mind every 2 minutes. It's like taking care of a big baby all the time. But yeah I still love him and I feel sad about the way the press treats him, I always knew you can't believe anything The Sun or the other crappy magazines write, but I never imagined it being so extreme. That they just totally invent things.
so to stay on the Rob topic, my FS mates and I have got tickets for Wetten Daß in Nuernberg in December. Rob's gonna be there to perfom "Misunderstood" and we have been given exclusive tickets (for anyone who doesn't know it..Wetten Dass is the biggest entertainment show in Germany, Rob's been there a few times before). I'm already quite excited as we're probably be taking some huge banners with us, so he'll notice us even if we sit somewhere in the back.
oh and his new song is on the radio and his video is on tv quite often already. can't say anything else than..it's fucking ace.
on another note: i've got myself a new computer *yay* it's really quite a good one, i told me parents if i'm moving out i'll definitely be needing a new one and i don't want to have another old one which is just annoying me. so i got a brand new one, with dvd burner and tv tuner and lots of other really cool things (damn its even got a 200 GB harddisk, my old one only has 20 GB *lol*) I will just leave the old one here and take the new one with me, even though I've already played around with it *g*
and coming to moving out. was in Giessen with my mum on tuesday. had to sign in at my new university and then we wanted to take a look how far they've gotten with me new flat. My friend Karolin is coming with me to Giessen now, as didn't get into any of the other universitys she applied to. so when we talked to the woman who owns the building my flat is gonna be in, we asked her if theres also a bigger one for two people in the same building and apparantely there really is. so we went upstairs and had a look and it's just great. it's of course much bigger than the other one, and has a separate kitchen with lots of extra things. so i called Karolin, who was also in Giessen at that time (she was searching for a flat with her mum) and told her to come to that house. She took a quick look around, then told me she'd talk about it with her dad and then let me know the next day. Karo and her mum had been in Giessen quite often already always searching for a flat and had at least looked at 30 or more but she never found anything she would have felt comfortable living in.
So the next day, she called me and said if it's alright with me, she'd really like to move into that flat with me :o)) sooo now i'm moving into a really beautiful flat with one of my best friends and we'll even be studying the same at the university, just hope we won't be getting on each others nerves after some time.
Also went to Hamburg last weekend to the FS fan-meeting. It was great, we had lots of fun, Hamburg is just a really nice city and talking about Rob all day long is just one the best things you could do anyway. It also brought up quite a long discussion about being a "fan" a "follower" (as Rob puts it) or a "groupie". Rob says that he's annoyed by the people following him on his tours and spending their evening in the lobby of some hotel waiting for him. But as I see it, it's just again one of the things he says when he's just made a bad experience or is in a bad mood. Because at the same time he'd feel weird and uncomfortable if nobody would sit there and wait for him to come down. It'd just get him depressed again, if he'd sit there on his own with his bodyguards.
is it sad that most of the things in this entry are about Rob? god I'm glad when I moved out and go to university and don't hang around here all the time, it really freaks me out now..

You're Lazy Days!
You are an easy person to hang around with and that's why everybody likes you so much, you're a bit lazy but your charm lets people forget about that little flaw. However, keep in mind that a night out with your friends may be much more fun than staying home on your own and watch tv!
